1.Snacks Daily (weekday)
Covers 3 business news especially the finance and stock market. Nick and Jack present the stories in a digestible way and each episode is only 15 mins long. So highly recommend if you want to catch up on finance news but don’t have much time

2. Skimm This (weekly)
A great podcast if you want to catch up on important news of the week while at the same time some current trends.
Some of the topics really resonate with me, like last week they talked about zoom fatigue which I definitely have experienced during class and some of you as well!

3. Delicious Ways to Feel Better (weekly)
I love how they invite different expertise to talk about health and wellness topics such as happiness, nutrition, mental health etc… They include both personal stories as well as scientific facts for each episode.
I remember there was 1 episode about happiness, they shared about what they do to be happy and also explain some science behind it eg why staying active is good to boost your happiness.

4. Oh Fudge!
A down-to-earth podcast! I watch her youtube videos, her videos are so calming and so do her podcast. The contents are very random and related to daily life, like feeling burn out after a long day of work, relationships with friends, family etc.
